Joe was our neighbor for over 20 years and a friend for over 48 years. He was always happy, friendly, generous, and kind. When we bowled together, Joe always provided encouragement and laughs for the team. Joe was also a proud Veteran and loved his country. He exemplifies the persona of someone who will truly be missed. We love you, Joe. Loraine, Denise, Connie, and Tina, our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies. Rest in peace dear friend.
