So sorry to hear of Joe´s passing, prayers and condolences to the family. I met Joe in the early 2000´s as he volunteered in the Buffalo Trail Council for the local scouting movement while I was employed there. He was one great guy and loved scouting. I had hoped to cross paths again as I am back leading the scout council in Midland. A Scout is Reverent and Joe sure was! RIP Joe!
