Joe was one of the best officers that work for me at RiCI. I will truly miss him. God has his best man on board.

I loved my Uncle Joe and memories of him making me laugh and of his great kindness towards me when I was a child will always be important to me. He was a gentle and decent man who honored the memory of his dear parents by his goodness and his pure spirit. Joe was one nice man, I'm so glad I had the privilege to work with him. He was the kind of man that always left you with a smile on your face. I'm truly sorry for your loss but we all know he is in a far better place.
