As Aggie Buddies, in the hall ways and on the drill fields of Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College, 1958-1962, we all felt that Joe Tom was some how destined for greatness. We now see how it proved out in his sincere, persistent way! Note: The College was renamed Texas A@M University much to he and his roommates, Jeff Wentworth, presentation to the Texas Legislature in the early 1960's. Their efforts were so timely and long lasting. An early example of Joe Tom's 'let's go for it'...

Joe Tom is an Aggie Buddy, and deserves all the recognition possible by his friends from TAMU. His career has been phenomenal and significant in so many ways since 1962. Blessings to Joe Tom's family and friends, and all who have benefitted by his life. Buddies, let's shout a loud "here" for Joe Tom at the upcoming Aggie Muster". John

RIP Joe.

My condolences to all on the loss of Joe Tom. I was a classmate of his when we were working on our MPH degrees at Yale. I could see then how much of a kind and thoughtful person he was. Happy to learn that he helped make the world a better place for so many.

Oh, Peter , a truly great man has passed away, but I want you to tell me his stories through the love and struggles you experienced. My deepest condolences. DIana klein

Peter, so sorry to learn this, especially on what would have been the 87th birthday of our mutual friend, Jerrold. God bless! Warren

Dear Easley, I am sorry to hear about your loss, throw your burden on God, and he will sustain you during this difficult time.
