Not sure what to say?

I just found out about Joe’s untimely passing today, and I am so sad. I first met Joe in 1992 in Roskilde, Denmark and that meeting profoundly changed my professional life in the best of ways. What more could be asked but to leave a deep impression on those left behind. Joe & Patty were an integral part of the OPMH Children of Chernobyl Project when they lived in Virginia. Joe and Tim and their parents were great friends of my parents and our family in his home town of Melrose, MN. Mom always said " That Joe is such a nice boy" and he truly was.

Joe was a great guy, and a good friend. It was a privilege to be his colleague and his friend. My condolences to Joe's entire family. Please know that there are many of us who admired Joe, and will miss him greatly.

A most remarkable man! Thank you
for what you have done. Rest in peace.

From Twin Citian now roosting in Northern Nevada, I pray your eternal stay at Yucca Mountain is undisturbed and peaceful. I didn't know you, but your wit and zest for life come through loud and clear.
