My brother Ray Dean Smith had the first Icee machine in Arcadia. I was working with the State when I first met Joe Festervan. He had a great personality and such a friendly person. We grew to always enjoy Joe when he can to Arcadia to service his machine. He will be truly missed but God makes no mistakes. To the family I know you will have some of the greatest memories ever.
