Joe was my Dad's, John E. Blair III, best friend until Dad's death in 2010. They shared many wonderful adventures, some involving airplanes, and our family got to know Joe well. Joe was a wonderful, honest, fun-loving and compassionate man. Thanks Angela for caring for and loving him. You were dear to him. Our prayers are with you, Angela and Joe.
