Not sure what to say?

My prayers are with you all. It is so hard to lose someone so close. But having faith in our Lord gets us through each day. Joe was 2 years older than I and when he was a Senior at Hueytown High we had lunch together and he was like my big brother. Very caring - easy to talk to - he was always giving me advise. Saw Joe and meet you at the Cash Party in the Spring this year. God has another special person sitting up there by Him. May God give you and your family strength and comfort...

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I was so saddened to hear about Joe. He was always so very nice to me and so easy to talk to and be around (as your whole family always was) and it made me feel very good to be around him. So good to see his warm smile and hear his kind voice which when I think of him I can see so vividly. I know this is so very difficult for you all because of his gift to show his love so much to everyone.
God Bless you and your family and remember...

We are so sorry to hear what happened. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sally, Kimberly and Allison, I am sorry for your loss, Joe was a wonderful man and a great husband and father. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Let me know when you need a shoulder to cry on.
--Marona Posey Hewitt, Rockwall, Texas

My heart breaks for you. for your loss, your pain, your confusion. My thoughts and prayers are with you, the girls and Joe's mother. May you be surrounded by His love, strength and courage in this, your new life. No platitudes here - just take one minute, one hour, one day at a time - keep looking up. I saw Dr. Solomon yesterday at the chapel - he was great to talk to for me. . It was a beautiful funeral, the crowd was incredible - you are loved.

Sally, I am so saddened to hear about the loss of Joe. I am sorry that I could not make it to the service but my thoughts and prayers are with you, Kimberly and Allison at this difficult time. May God provide the strength you and your family need to endure this. If there is anything I can do, please do not hesitate to call on me.
Love in Christ!

Sally,

I just heard the news about Joe and I am stunned and heartbroken. I always enjoyed talking Bama football and Pelham sports with him before or after church. May God wrap his loving arms around you and the girls at this difficult time. Rest assured your family will be in our prayers.

Sally, I am so sorry to hear about Joe. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I was so sorry to hear about what happened to Joe. I know that I have not seen him for several years, but I always thought highly of him.
