I was the supervisor and foreman at the Texas state Aquarium for Van Delden Crane & Rigging Erected All walls except the last three . Cathy Fulton was my best friend at that job. Cathy l just found out about your dad I did get to meet him , He was a great man . My heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Fulton and the rest of the family. I'm saddened to hear the news of Mr. Fulton's passing. I don't know if they remember me, but, I used to be their gardener/lawn maintenance man for several years. They were a wonderful family to work for. I am 89 years old now. May the Lord comfort you during this difficult time of loss.

I am saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I have not seen him in a few years, but always enjoyed meeting with him when I handled bonds for Fulton/Coastcon Construction. I always found Joe to be an honest and knowledgeable contractor, and one who I enjoyed doing business with over many years. I wish that I had known about his Civil War history interest, as I am a student & collector of that period too, and we could have had some very entertaining talks! My sincere condolences to Joe's family &...
