Joe Green, DK1, a truly great individual. As I was being discharged from a the U.S. Navy as a Disbursing Clerk, Joe Green was transferred to NAS Corpus Christi. We worked together briefly. Besides playing fast pitch softball for the Navy, he was a tremendous flag football quarterback.
I recruited Joe to play on my City League team, where he excelled.
First and foremost Joe always gave of himself and expected nothing in return. My prayers to your family at this difficult time.
