Not sure what to say?

I regarded Joe Greenlief as a very special friend of mine. My husband Lonnie and I were lucky to be counted as two people invited into Joe's inner circle of friends where we got to know his likes, dislikes and dreams. Joe loved to talk. He talked to me about his difficulty with "rules" as written by others and he talked with Lonnie about hunting and boy stuff. We loved his invitations to dinners where we tasted meat from his hunts. Smothered in all that sauce were things we would not have...

Joe was a respected member of the Utah Prosecutor community. It was my privilege and pleasure to work with him, both while he was a Deputy Salt Lake District Attorney and while he served as the elected Rich County Attorney. Condolences and best wishes to his family and loved ones.

My condolences. Joe was married to my mother Susan.I enjoyed the many times I got to take care of his dogs. He was a great individual and was always helping me any way he could.

Joe was a great friend and colleague. His passing leaves a very large void within the legal community and he will be greatly missed. God be with you always, Joe!

Joe was married to my mother, Susan and I always had respect for him. He was a fun loving, kind hearted man and he will be missed.

Thoughts & prayers for Joe's family. He will be missed by myself and all the folks at the Office of the Salt Lake County District Attorney.

I knew Joe while he and I were Salt Lake County District Attorneys. He was always a good and fair man and will truly be missed.
My condelences....

I remember his great laugh, his wonderful stories and his sincere desire to experience life to the fullest...he was a fine lawyer, better hunter and great human being. God's Speed Joe Greenlief.
