Not sure what to say?

Joe Haggerty was truly one of a kind. He and my father shared not only a successful business relationship but also a deep personal friendship. Joe was a man of principle and purpose, and I´ll never forget a particular moment that spoke volumes about his character. I began working for Joe Haggerty in 1980 at the age of 16, while I only worked at the plumbing store for two years, Joe taught me a tremendous amount, not just of the plumbing business but more importantly the art of customer relationships and their value.

Joe was a master of customer communications, service, and a genuine man who made everyone feel like family. I can honestly say he treated me like a son. I forever appreciated and I'm very grateful for his mentorship.

I only wish there were more Joe Haggertys in this...
