To the Hall family. May God comfort and strengthen you at this time during the passing away of your dear loved one. I knew Jay E as we called him growing up in the Appleridge neighborhood. He was always very friendly and kind. My prayer is with the family and for you. Please keep his memories close in your hearts. Jay E no longer is pain, nor experiencing the suffering of this world.

I send my sincere thoughts and prayers out to the Hall Family. I recently met Joe, and I know several of the members of the family. I pray that God strengthen you and carry you through, then be with you ALWAYS. Please know that I am just a phone call away if you ever need me.
