Joe taught us how to be system engineers and project managers, and led our group with kindness, humor, and great insight in how to work with people.

Offering my sorry and condolences to Joe´s family and friends. Recalling wonderful memories of the many years that I worked with Joe at the Marshall Space Flight Center. Joe was always a gentleman, kind, generous with his time as he humbly shared his knowledge of the principles of engineering, applications of the fundamentals of physical science, skills of team building and of flight aerospace systems. ....and Many, many happy times with NASA.
