I will miss Joe. As a DelDOT employee, I often visited the airport to conduct state business and Joe was always super cooperative and enthusiastic. He always told the most interesting stories and I will miss that. He is flying higher now.

With our deepest sympathy. Joe taught me to fly light airplanes in 1954. I am still flying and was awarded the Wright Brothers award for 50 years of accident free flying.
