I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Knapp´s passing. He was my principal for many years at East High School but what I remember most about him was his love for trains. Dick Bonzo and Mr. Knapp were very avid train lovers and I always enjoyed checking out their train collections in the Bonzo´s basement. Every time I see a train, I think of Dick and Joe. Sending prayers to all of you.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Knapp's passing. I had the utmost respect for him. We spent quite a bit of time together my senior year when I was class president at East and we would attend various meetings together. He was firm but very fair, a strong leader, and an excellent principal. His family will be in my prayers. Darren Price
