Condolences to the family. I met Dr.Lacy at Medical City Fort Worth, and we would see him once in a while at our facility but we were always happy to see him . He was a passionate and caring doctor ,with great patient care skills and always ready for a laugh. We will miss him dearly. Rest in peace my friend :-(.

I am sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Lacy. He was such a wonderful and Godly man. I once witnessed him pray with a young patient that had a new cancer diagnosis. It made such an impact on me. I always enjoyed working with him. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Saddened in hearing about Joe´s passing. I have memories of many parties, lake trips and choir at FBC. Prayers for his family.

Joe was one of my favorite radiologists to work with. He always had a smile and something funny to say. I always knew it would be a good day when he was here.
