HELLO , I do believe I was Blessed to work with Joe in the late 60s,early 70s at Montgomery Wards in The Village Shopping Center. You may correct me if I am wrong ,but I am pretty certain. I remember Joe to be such a lovely Gentlleman. Please accept my Deepest Condolences and Prayers.

I'll always remember Joe as a good person with a great sense of humor. My late husband (John Eddie Phillips) and Joe were lifelong friends. I send my sincere condolences and prayers to Jackie and the Ledbetter Family.

May God Continue to Strengthen You and your Family. Joe was a Great Friend to me and my Brother all through School starting at Pulaski grade School . I truly will Miss his SMILE AND Singing

There's a storm out over the ocean and it headed this way. Joe weather the storm and now he's at rest with God. Because he served God praying, song, and taking care of family and friends. May GOD continue to bless and keep during this time of sorrow
