The Lightners were wonderful neighbors when I was growing up. Rev. Joe was such a man of character and faith, he absolutely glowed! He was a blessing to my family and my dad admired him very much. I know that he will be missed here, but I can only imagine the joy he is experiencing in his heaven home.
