Not sure what to say?

THIS GUESTBOOK WAS A TOUCH STONE. IT WILL BE MISSED. THANKS TO ALL THAT RESPONDED HERE AND TO ALL THAT RESPONDED OTHERWISE. IT'S RATHER ODD TO KNOW HE'S GONE, YET HIS LIFE WAS FULL AND HE LIVED LONG. WHAT MORE COULD ANY OF US ASK FOR.

Joe was my grandfather's brother. Although I never got to know Joe, my father, Tom Lohman, always spoke fondly of his "Uncle Joe," and described him as having a great sense of humor. My thoughts go out to his friends and family.

To the Family of Joe Lohman,
We are saddened to hear Joe died. Our Sympathy and Prayers are with you.
We met your Father thru my Mother(Helen Mcgee Blauvelt). We shared wonderful times and as you said wonderful Jokes.
We will miss him as we do Angie too.
Fondly,
Jeannie and Dave

FOR DAD AND ANGIE,
THIS WAS TOO PRETTY NOT TO SHARE:

TITLED - WE REMEMBER

AT THE RISING OF THE SUN AND AT ITS GOING DOWN,
AT THE BLOWING OF THE WIND AND THE CHILL OF WINTER,
WE REMEMBER THEM.
AT THE OPENING OF THE BUDS AND IN THE REBIRTH OF SPRING,
AT THE BLUENESS OF THE SKIES AND IN THE WARMTH OF SUMMER,
WE REMEMBER THEM.
AT THE RUSTLING OF THE LEAVES AND IN THE BEAUTY OF AUTUMN,
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR AND WHEN IT ENDS,
WE REMEMBER...

To all who knew and loved my Dad, Joe Lohman: If you were able to attend the memorial Mass and Celebration of Life afterwards, you knew how special it was. If you were unable to attend, we knew your thoughts were with us. As we all move forward in life I know that Joe will pop into our thoughts now and again: when we see a beautiful golf course, when we play a game of cards, when we hear a barbershop quartet and especially when we hear a knee slapping story that we have to share. On behalf...

Barb, Jodi, Mary & Jean, You were blessed in this life with a loving Mom & Dad and step Mom Angie! Your Dad was not just FUN, he was a classy Gentleman! Years ago, we went to hear him Sing with his Barbersop Quartet! What a treat! You each have some of his special trates, which he passed along! That is what makes the Lohman "SISTAS" so much FUN!! I am sorry that I could not attend his Service.
Love & Prayers for You ALL!

Jean (and all your sisters), we were glad we had a chance to meet your Dad while he was staying with you and Bruce; to finally put a face to the story. You will always cherish the personal time you had with him, and be comforted knowing you comforted and cared for him in his final months. He will be missed by all.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

My Dad was loved by many and will be dearly remembered. He was so proud of his grandchildren, Dana, Krista, Adam, Jenna, Kate , Steph and Roman and his great-grandchildren Jacob, Ava and Baby Caleb. We know he is having a ball at the 19th hole with Gotch and all his buds and family! Have one for me Dad!
