As a former Baltimore St. resident, childhod friend and schoolmate to Kerry, Barb,Zack, Mike and Joyce, I send condolences to you all. We shared some very eventful years on Baltimore and " Mr. Joe" is woven into those memory threads. Foremost are his stern protection of his family and property, giving us lifelong lessons that helped guide us in later years.
