I met Joe I believe it was in 1998! I had a service order to work on his Telephone line in Walden. I knocked on his door and no answer. I walked around back and he drove up in a boat. It was about 40 degrees and that guy had on shorts and a tank top. I knew right then this was a tough dude. After fixing his phone we talked about him being a football player and a Boxer! I am shocked and saddened by Joe's death. I found out this morning when my brother told me that Joe had died. Joe and I had been friends for many years but in the last ten years had drifted apart. Joe has fought his battle after his accident with such joy simply because he had you!! You were his love of his life!!
