Appreciate the reminder of the life of a great friend and mentor. God bless you Joe. Bill Garcia

My wife, Aileen and I were remembering Joe this week, as we must have been connecting with his memory on the occasion of his passing. He was a friend and mentor and we celebrate his life and the joy he brought. God bless Joe and his family on this memorial day.

Joe was a good friend, mentor and boss for me when I was starting out in the old Mountain Bell company. His strong work ethic, common sense and commitment were strengths that he showed me and others as important personal qualities. Aileen and I will always fondly remember Joe, Betsy and their family. God bless you Joe, on this anniversary date. You and yours are in our prayers.

Joe was a dear friend of my late father and I recall going with my dad to bowling leagues of Mountain Bell and Joe would be there with his big smile. Joe and Betsey were Godparents to my younger brother, they were great friends and close to my folks. Joe attended my mom's 90th birthday and it was great to see him.
Will miss you.

Our deepest condolences on your loss. We knew Joe and Betsey from 9:30 mass at Queen of Heaven. They were always kind and quick with a smile. They would get a kick out of seeing us try to get through mass with our three daughters and son. They reassured us that it would get easier. We are thankful to have known such a loving and caring couple. May God's love comfort Joe's loved ones.

Joe was a good, good friend and mentor to me. I appreciated that he was a pioneer in promoting equity in the old Mountain Bell. He was fair with everyone and he was a committed family man. He is in the company of his wife and partner, Betsey and their youngest son, Gerald. May he rest in peace.
