We send our condolences to the Neely family in the passing of their father. Joe and the Neely family was our neighbors for many years, he was always quiet but would offer help with anything he could. We know this is a TRYING TIME BC OF RECENT LOSS BUT CONTINUE TO TRUST AND LEAN ON GOD FOR COMFORT AND PEACE .
