Joe Manuel Ojeda, Sr., 66, of Wichita Falls, passed away Friday, December 25, 2015.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 28, 2015 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A son of the late Felix and Concha (Flores) Ojeda, Joe was born on September 23, 1949 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He graduated from Hirschi High School in 1967, and went on to serve our country proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.  He later received a degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology.  Joe owned and operated his own business in audio and video repair for numerous years.  He was a member of First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls.  Joe had a passion for music and enjoyed doing yardwork.  Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ojeda; and his brother, Genaro Ojeda.
He is survived by his wife, Suzy Ojeda; three children, Joe R. Martinez, Jr., Joe Manuel Ojeda, Jr. all of The Colony, and Sarah Ojeda-Morales and husband Jose of Dallas; eight brothers and sisters, Jane Amador of Wichita Falls, Felix Ojeda, Jr. of Ft. Worth, Louis Ojeda, Luz Rodriguez, Emily Mandela and husband Eddie, Lydia Silva and husband Raymond, Josie Perry and husband Joel, and Eva Rios all of Wichita Falls; two grandchildren, Marissa Martinez, and Justin Ojeda; special nieces, Rebecca Gomez, and Kristi Krajewski; sister-in-law, Dolores Ojeda; dear friend, Robert Gill; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
