Not sure what to say?

Just started thinking about Joe today out of the blue. I miss him so much. Every year I find it hard to be happy on my birthday, which is November 14, but I know he'd want me to. He was my big brother, and one of my closest friends. I'll never forget him.

Joe will always have a special place in my heart. He and his family are in my prayers.

joe was and will always be very special to me. i will never forget all the crazy times we had together. he will be greatly missed and my heart goes out to everyone who's life was touched by joe.

Joe was a great friend, and a great roomate. I will miss him so much. I am thankfull for the time I spent with him. I will never forget the memories I have of him. Joe brought smiles to everyone's face. He was a good person and a friend to all of us. May god be with all of you, and stay strong.

Sincerely,

I will always miss you Joe. And I will always remember the times we had together.

Joe will forever have a special place in my heart and fond memories. He will live forever in the hearts of his friends and family. All my love goes out to all you... Lyndy, Larry, Cate, Becky, Ginny, Donnie, Sandy and all you others who were blessed to know the one and only, Joseph Larry Payne.

Cate and family:
I can't tell you how sad and shocked we were to learn about Joe. Know that you are in our prayers and May God give you strength.
Love to you all

I am sorry for your loss. Just know that God has a greater purpose for him somewhere else in life.

Joe, you will always have a special place in my heart, I will cherish every moment we spent together.
One day we will see each other again.
Love, Elizabeth Ann Payton
