My name is Veronica. I participated in a Run For The Fallen event today in Ruskin, FL.

I ran for Sgt. Joe Polo. Although I've never met him i felt his presence over me as i completed my run. I thank you for the opportunity to honor him today. He is not forgotten.

Rip joe. I think about you everyday and ask myself why I made it out of that truck. I love you buddy. Godspeed
