Joes Family, My sincere condolences on the passing of Joe. I met him through my cousins, him with his bike and dog walking to their house happy as can be. Joe had a gift of gab and had you laughing no matter what was being said. May Joe rest in the peace of God's hands and be with you all at this sorrowful time.
