KEOKUK, Iowa -- Joe Ringstrom, 67, of Keokuk, died Sept. 21, 2018. A private service will be at a later date in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Vigen Memorial Home, Keokuk, with family present 6 to 8 p.m.
