We enjoyed many of his animation cartoon TV shows to whom he brought much laughter and joy too. May you find comfort in your wealth of fond memories together. May Almighty God in the Heavens comfort your hearts with peace and loving kindness as you cope with this precious loss in your lives.

Joe Ruby will be remembered As a great cartoonist. I grew up enjoying Scooby- Doo. Sincere condolences to Mr. Ruby’s family and fans.

Truly a great animator, producer and programmer- Joe Ruby ranks right up there with Lou Scheimer, Norm Prescott, Hal Sutherland, Friz Freleng, Arthur Rankin Jr., William Hanna, Joseph Barbera, Chuck Jones, Lee Gunther, etc. The animators I've listed have been a major part of my childhood, growing up.
