Joe was my cousin, my friend, my pal.....In school we entered dance competitions together and danced in my parent's living room a lot!....We attended the Governor's Ball together when Ned Ray was elected.....we traveled together (Hawaii, New Orleans and other places)....we house sat for my parents (and had parties when they left!) ....we ate together...walked the woods together...laughed and cried together...and even prayed together at times. Told each other our deepest, darkest secrets. . ....
