Not sure what to say?

We met Joe at Visitation back in the 80s..when he was playing guitar and singing loudly. We had a house that we couldn't sell and he told us what we had to do...even fronted the money...to sell it. Sold for more than we had originally asked. He became our agent and friend from that time forward. We did a number of transactions over the years and always used Joe when we could. Even though I've been a broker for 14 years, we used Joe to buy our son's condo. While he was a great agent....he...

Joe was always fun to work with. He was fair and honest. It was a pleasure to do a deal with him. The real estate industry in KC will miss him. Rest in peace Joe. My sincere condolences to Diane. You are in our prayers.

Joe is one of my all time favorite people; he will truly be missed...his personality just lit up a room and all the people in it. So very sorry

I am so moved to hear the news and read the obituary. Even in death, Joe is inspiring and entertaining. I have been on a golf trip and just got back in to town. (Joe would approve). I am so sad I could not attend and pay my respects to the family. Joe really was a ONE OF A KIND!! He touched so many, and was and is an inspiration to "do not take life so serious". He could find humor in every situation. Prayers and hugs to all the family.

Oh man, cannot believe it. I've worked with Joe many times over the years and he was a delight when working on a real estate transaction. Class guy and a gentleman to me every time. You'll be missed, Joe.

Since that time we co-oped a half a dozen times mostly with him being the listing agent and me bringing the buyer. Every time, he was helpful and considerate of my time in sending back contracts and getting the contract through closing. Again, a very delightful man who you could tell was confident of his...

We grew up together with all of the Schloegel family on 52nd Street. Joe was always ready to have fun. Our prayers are joined with yours as you celebrate his life.
