Mr. Joe Scratch was such a wonderful, respectful family man. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing today, Sept 13,2019. I had the privilege of working with Joe at New Jersey Transit. He never seemed to meet a stranger. Joe was well liked by his co workers.I kept in touch with Joe from time to time over the years. My sincere condolences go out to his wife GLENDA and family and his many friends. I am going to miss him. Rest in Heavenly Peace, Mr. Joe Scratch.
