Hi-My name is Robert Neal. My sister Thelma Neal was a classmate of Joe. We lived out in the country from B.G. I loved to go in Joes fathers store and on occasion Joe would take me for a ride on his motor scooter. I loved it. I moved away after 1952 so never saw Joe again. I did live in Irving from 1964 to 1977 at 2400 Conflans Road. My prayers are with you. Robert

Jeanine, I am sorry for you loss. Joe was a good friend to us at Hannah's House. I know he loved Irving and volunteered to make it a better place. I am praying for you and your family during this time.

Joe was such an effective leader of our neighborhood. He kept us apprised of all activities in both the neighborhood and city, including stray lost and found dogs and cats. He will be missed by us all.
