Joe was my roommate and good friend when we served in the Army and were stationed in Ludwigsburg, Germany. We traveled together throughout Germany, Belgium, and Holland. I remember him as a very friendly, well read, very caring individual. Very sorry to hear of his passing as such a young age.

Sometimes in life we meet people that make an impression on us, We'll for me that was Joe. I am thankful to have known and worked with Joe.I will miss him.
