Not sure what to say?

Joe was a one-of-a-kind guy and it was my honor to have known him. He was a true hero, a great dad and a kind man. God bless him....

Joe was a true American hero. I honor his contributions. He & my Dad, Lupe, were schoolboys together in Miami, just kids trying to live through the Great Depression. God bless you, Joe.

What an amazing legacy Tata Sotelo leaves behind! You remain in our prayers and thoughts.

You have done so much for Arizona and for Hispanic Americans. Thank you for your work ad dedication to the state and for continuing to inspire generations.

Jeannie,
So sorry to hear of your father's passing. You have our sympathy and prayers. Be proud of his accomplishments, as there were many.
Rose and Bruce Giffen.

I lived 4 doors down from Joe for several years (up until last year). What a giant of a man and what a great native son of Arizona...Joe was a (Mexican American) trail blazer like my grandfather and great grandfather (Arthur Van Haren, Jr. & Sr.)... I am saddened by this news.
