My sympathy and prayers go out to the family of Joe Sumter. As a project manager for a construction company working in RCSDO, Joe and I worked on several projects together from 2001-2013. We became good friends over the years. I will miss him, but I know I will see him again in heaven.

Joe was a kind hearted man. Always a smile on his face when he came into work at UPS. I'm greatfull for the blessings God has given me to work along side a truly wonderful man.
