Joe and I talked on the phone last year for about 2 hours. We had a lot of good times at church and riding the bus to Tougaloo College. He was forever a friend and will surely be missed.

Joe was always special as my high school and college classmate. Always a gentleman,happy and helpful. My condolences and I'll cherish the memories.

Joe T was a man of his word. We lost a great friend and relative. We will miss that great smile and laughter he brought every time he entered a room.

My heart is truly saddened that Joe is no longer with us. He will always be present in spirit and in joyful high school memories. May peace be with the family during this time of sorrow.

Around 1988, BASF needed a talented automobile paint expert in St. Louis and of all the people in the countless plants in the country, they chose a great man, Joe Terrell, better known as "Joe T".

He came to work and we quickly found him to be an extraordinary person in the technical matters as well as people relations with both our customers and co-workers.
