Fellow Spartan
I had the opportunity to watch you play football on Friday nights at the Big R/M along with McCarty, Runge, Carrol, Gamboa, Lee, Northquest, and Herrera. Pleasure to watch... You did good giving back to the community as an officer and as a coach. God bless you and your family. RIP

Our condolences go out the Tinoco family. May God be with you all.

Barbara & Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time! I'm So Sorry To hear About Joe's passing, he was a good Man & It Was A Pleasure Getting To Know Your Family During Our Years With the Warriors! I Wish I would have found out sooner to be able pay my respects. May your heart and soul find peace and comfort. Sincerely, Duran Family

As one of Joe's high school English teachers at Rio Mesa, I always appreciated his humor and liveliness he brought to class each day! He was well-liked and respected by teachers and classmates, and his great personality was bigger than life! He will be sorely missed.

Barbara and kids and Aunt Jennie our prayers are with you everyday. Joe thanks for always visiting my parents, you'll be greatly missed.

I will always hold you in high esteem for your good work. You were too young to be tried as you were these last few years but I'm sure you'll have a very special place in heaven as you and your family...
