Not sure what to say?

I was fortunate enough to meet Joe a little over two years ago. He played his bass guitar in our little band down in Danville/Pleasanton area. What a gem of a person Joe was! Always in a good mood, always postitive, and always encouraging to the rest of us. He loved the blues, but he'd happily help us out and learn some other music styles that we wanted to play as well. I loved Joe, and am very glad that I got to say that to him on multiple occasions. Just about two or three weeks ago, my...

I will miss you Joe... my life was blessed from the day I met you.. You will always be in my heart..

I first met Joe at Taco Bell when he was 18. Wanted to be a electrician he said.
From that day on we were friends. Together we went on trips up the coast and had greats times together. I haven't seen Joe for quite a few years. Now I just heard of his passing.
I will miss you friend, you were much to young. May you have the same fun in Heaven and make them laugh there.

In 1987 or 1988 I worked for Joe for about 4 months and during that short time he impressed me by being a loving father to his two children and a very sweet person who always had a smile on his face. Even in that short span of time he touched me as being a very honest person who loved the Lord and thought talked about his love for all of his family. He made a good impression on me for not knowing him very well. I send my condolences to his entire family. In Jesus Name

My prayers are with the Villarreal family, I remember Joe so well from high school alway's had a smile on his face and great fun to be around RIP my friend.

For all the laughs and time we cried. The happy times we shared and growing up in our youth together, you will forever hold a place in my heart. You will "truly" be missed my friend. Loved your laugh n bright smile. God bless deepest sympathy to your family. Love Jane Chadwick Drapel.

My condolences to the Villarreal Family, Joe was my neighbor for 10 years ( I looked at that broken down orange step side of his for 8 of those years LOL) and my wife and I liked him very much, you knew what you got with Joe. I can remember hearing him play his harmonica and I knew he was having a good time. RIP my IBEW brother.

Will remember our friendship, all the good times & your kind Heart to others.
May God Bless you & your family in this time of sorrow.

I will cherish our friendship of 35 years. I truly will miss you. Rest in peace Joey V.
