Not sure what to say?

RIP Joe! It was such an honor knowing you and Judy. Boy Howdy did you leave a footprint! We hope a goodly number of folks following your footsteps try to emulate you!

I had the pleasure and honor of serving with Judge Contreras while I was stationed at the Luke AFB Legal Office from 1982 -- 1985. He was an outstanding Air Force Officer, lawyer, mentor, and all around great guy. Everyone who knew him was better for it.

Judy, You and your family are in our prayers. Mary Spisak and Joe and Mary Pecha

It was a pleasure and honor to get to know you at L A Fitness. Your were our Boswell and we were your angels. We will miss you. Love the "Charlies Angels", Cheryl, Rima and Sharon.

Judy,
Although I haven't seen you both since my wedding I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Joe. You will be in my prayers.

Love,
Candace, Noah and Jonah

Judy, we were so sorry to hear the sad news about Joe. We will miss him, his kindness and humor and ready smile. He was a good friend and a good man. We especially appreciated his counseling with our daughter, Mary in her law pursuits. We'll always remember fondly our good times at the beach in California. Our prayers are with you and your family. Love, Ardith and Donnie Kaiser

I had the privilege of being a staff attorney during most of the time that Judge Contreras served on the Court of Appeals. I respected and admired him. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Joe was a friend,ex- neighbor and fellow Alumni of a small but close group of former law clerks for Justice Fred Struckmeyer. We meet once a year for dinner and to laugh and tell stories about our families and our experiences with Justice Struckmeyer. We will miss Joe's gentle good humor but will remember Judy and his family in our prayers. Lee Hofmann

Well, all I can say is, "Mi primo was a good man!". I have lots of memories of our families, going way back in time.........and one really fun memory of dancing the Mexican Polka with Joe. I'm sorry for your loss; cherish the memories.
