Not sure what to say?

I only knew Joe a few years, but He was one of my favorite neighbors! He was always a great guy to talk to. He even tried teaching me how to do trading on line that he was into. Definitely a great guy and I'm sure he is with the Lord! RIP Joe

God bless RIP my friend!!

It was a shock, especially since we had just been talking a couple days prior to his going to the ER! He was a great guy and one of my favorite neighbors! RIP Joe. you're missed!!

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief...Harvey & Darlene Dworin

I have known Joe for over 40 years. He would often go walking with Karen through my neighborhood and they would stop and talk for a while.

He was always cool, calm and collected. A great guy for sure.

I am going to miss getting the emails that he would always send out.

Rest in peace Joe

Joe was a fine man and a wonderful Police Officer. I am proud to have worked with him. RIP Joe

Joe taught me as a police explorer to be all that I could be and to face every challenge with my head held high! Always do what’s right no matter what others say to do! I still live bye these principles 45 years later! He had a lot of wisdom for those who would listen,, I will miss Him.... blessings to Karen and Joe jr and Jill.

I met Joe on the early 80's at Inlet harbor marina, at the time he was working K-9 units and helped me train my dog, I still use what he taught that day.
His K9 was named Dutch.

My thoughts are with the family.

I worked with Joe at DBPD, later in years he taught me how to shoot skeet and trap. He was always quick with a smile and had a great sense of humor.
