During the time that I served in public office, i had the pleasure of working with Joel. I found him to be very respectful and never did i have a complaint from him nor of him.
In todays' world, we find very few officers who handle their profession with integrity and -most importantly- empathy. I can testify to the fact that Joel was one that always handled his situations with EMPATHY.
TO THE FAMILY OF JOEL: It would be sad if we did not have the hope of one day be reunited with him....
