I am so very sorry for the loss of Joey. He was a good man and a friend to both Jim & I. He will be sorely missed.

It is sad to see Joel go. He was a fine man and really made a big difference in his community and Church. He was a happy man with great patience and kindness toward his family and many friends. He came from a great family and was a big part of it. Our heart goes out to Ralph, Shirley,Frances and Kathleen as well as his daughters. When you loose a fine person like Joel, it leaves a big empty spot in your life that you can't scratch for comfort. He is at peace with God and man. We need more men...

My heart goes out to my classmate, Mickey, and her entire family at this difficult time. Please know that friends are lifting you up in prayer as you lean on our Lord for strength. Mrs. Peggy and Mr. Joel were very special people. They are missed already. May you find peace in knowing that you will see them again. Love to all of you, and WAR EAGLE!

I feel a great loss at Joel's passing. I remember many special times at the farm with him. I can still see him in my mind sitting in his truck talking to me from the driver's window. His smile and indomitable spirit are etched in my memory and heart and will live forever.

Joel E. Bearden was a wonderful person and a great county commissioner. Thank you Joel for all your kind services ... you will be greatly missed. May God bless the Bearden family at this time of loss. Rest in Peace.

Sorry for the Bearden,s loss.I for one will miss Joel,I cut his hair for many years as I did Mr.Neds ,and always would make me laugh ,he called me when I was sick always concerned ,he was one of the sweetest men I've met ,treated me like family,I for one will surely miss him ,May he rest in peace .
