Not sure what to say?

13 years you have been gone. I awoke to the news 1 week before my wedding. What I miss most is just sharing with you what is going on in my life and hearing your thoughts. I once had leaders, pastors, teachers, bosses, and other authority over me... the greatest of them all was you. Now I am THAT GUY, the authority for so many others. Every day, I wish I could ask your thoughts and hear your wisdom. But you taught me well, and I try to do your legacy proud. I love you dad and miss you.

Dad, I a missing you a lot today. Life has moved at such an incredible speed. Amanda is 11 and Joel (named after you not me) is 6. We have lived in our own home for more than 3 years and Katya and I recently celebrated 12 years. We have also been at war in Ukraine, for over 500 days. We serve and help as much as we can, much more than I thought was possible. You taught it to me. You set the example. I miss you. Just wanted to share that somewhere. I miss talking to you. I miss mom. I miss...

Autumn just read these comments to me. Thank you to everyone for your love, support and comments. God bless you all. I can be contacted via email at [email protected] or telephone at 714-887-3427.

-Leelane

We are so grateful to you for your kindness to our daughter and son-in-law and giving them a place to live until they could get on their feet. We will keep Leelane and family in our prayers.
Sincerely, Dennis and Terry McNey

Joe & I were neighbors on Grand St. When I started 7th grade at Yorba, he let me walk to school with him, even though he was a "Big" 9th grader... (Think it was Judy's idea!). He made sure Taylor didn't harass me...too much. Like all the Brown family, he looked after me.
Thanks Joe - Rest In Peace

Bob and I were saddened to hear about Joe's passing. He was a fun guy and a great father. We will be praying for the family. Bob and Judi Lang

Lynn and I were stunned to read of the loss of Joe. We will always carry fond memories of times together with both Joe and Leelane. Joe was a great Christian example of a husband, father and grandfather. May God provide comfort in knowing that one day we will see Joe again and that he is at rest with the Lord.

Lynn and I were stunned to see the announcement in the Register. Joe, Leelane and family will always share a special place in our hearts. I've known Joe since high school days. I watched him grow into a loving Christian husband, father and grandfather. I know that I will see Joe again and that he is at peace with the Lord.

I knew Joe and the guys when I went to Villa Park High. A lot of fond memories. May your love and memories of him help you though ths time.
