Dr. Joel L. Colker

Joel was a superb person. Kind and caring. Brilliant and thorough. Great physician. I always enjoyed sharing patient care with him.

Dr. Colker was my gastroenterologist for several years and very helpful in understanding and explaining various medical needs.

Elder Services is sad to learn of Joel's passing. We are thankful for his many contributions to our community and extend our sincerest condolences to his family and many friends.

Colker family, Dr. Colker was my doctor for many, many years at BMC. He was the best ever, kind, funny, sincere and the smartest in his profession, I miss the cherry tootsie pops he gave me after my appointment. RIP dear doctor and friend, you will be missed.

I´m so sorry to hear of Dr Colker´s passing. I worked in the Endocrinology office across from the Gastroenterology office as a Medical Assistant for many years and had many interactions with Dr Colker. He was the warmest gentlest person. Wonderful to work for. My deepest sympathy to his family.
