I am so sorry and surprised to hear of Joel's death. May God bless his soul. My sincere condolences to Joel's family for your loss of such a good man. You are in my prayers.

Having met Joel and working with him in low income energy advocacy, it brings sadness hearing of his loss. He was so passionate in the field, the advocacy community will deeply miss him. Meg and Fam, If there is anything I can do beyond keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers please reach out!
