Mr Joel and I meant to voc rehab in 1999. He always made you laugh he had the most wonderful personality. No matter how bad your day was Joel would make you laugh. The last time I got to see him, I got to introduce my kids to him. They enjoyed talking to him, and meeting him. He was such a wonderful loving soul. I am so sorry for your loss .
