I was reading one of my old Diaries which mentioned Joel, so I decided to Google him. I was distressed to find he had passed at such an early age. I worked with Joel and considered him a good friend at Bendix Oceanics in the 1980s. I loved his sense of humor and dedication to the job. My condolences to his family and friends.
