Read MoreMy condolences to all of Joel's family. I know he will be so missed. When I was 6 and Joel was 5, we lived near each other, near the bridge in Crockett. He was a very sweet playmate and I am glad that I had a chance to talk with him at the Bana Calda events with the Rose family.
